We are looking for emerging creatives to assist across film, photography, and production.
The internship is built around active Paige Robertson / Brine Pool Studios projects. Interns work alongside the team during pre-production, on set, and in post-production, with responsibilities depending on the needs of each project.
The goal is simple: to give people early access to the process of making professional visual work.

The internship is open to emerging photographers, filmmakers, artists, designers, producers, and students interested in visual culture.
A specific background isn’t required, but current college students are preferred. Familiarity with cameras, editing, production, or creative software is helpful but the role will vary depending on the individual and the project.

Interns will assist across active projects, with responsibilities shifting based on the production.
On Set
- Assisting with camera, lighting, and equipment
- Set prep and breakdown
- Production assistance
- Media and card management
- Supporting director, photographer, and crew
Creative
Depending on the project, interns may also be involved in concept development, visual research, and other creative decisions.
Pre-Production
- Visual research and references
- Moodboards and treatments
- Location and production research
- General project organization
Post-Production
- Organizing footage & images
- Image selects
- Archiving
